How long until my package ships?
 We make our products in small batches to insure freshness and quality. We do our best to ship all orders within 7 business days, but your order may ship sooner. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Once your order is placed there is a mandatory 24-48 hour payment processing period. Once your payment processing is complete your order gets fulfilled. 
PLEASE BE ADVISED: DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Under these circumstances, shipping can take up to 10 business.
 How much does shipping cost?
 Shipping is determined by weight, starting at $7 for US shipments and $9 for US territories and military bases.
 My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
 Unfortunately, we cannot change your mailing address once your order is placed. Please contact customer service immediately so we can cancel your order.
 How long does delivery take after shipping?
 You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your shipping label is created. Expect delivery 4-7 days after label is created.
 I haven’t received my tracking number/ my tracking number is not updating?
 Our priority is shipping freshly made products, it can take up to 7 business days for us to make and ship your order. Once we create a shipping label for your order, you will automatically receive an email notification. When your package is scanned into the USPS system it will begin to update. Be advised it can take 24 -48 hours for USPS scans to show up, but your item will deliver.

 Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
 Unfortunately, once order is placed we cannot cancel or refund the order. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
 My package is damaged/ lost/ stolen, what can I do?
 We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking information states your package was delivered to your address, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS 1-(800-275-8777) to file a claim using your tracking number and invoice.
